Is physiotherapy, chiropractic or osteopathy treatment best for back pain?

This is a question we get asked daily. Different therapists have different attitudes and values and we all work in slightly different ways.

As physiotherapists a large proportion of our work is specifically treating back pain. Nicole has experience in working post op with patients as well as day to day back pain which may also include leg symptoms.

We are learning more and more in the literature about back pain and Nicole will help you understand the cause of your symptoms and the best course of action.

Treatments include Grade 5 manipulation (clicking) although this often only will provide short term benefit, soft tissue mobilisations, ultrasound, stretches, exercises and reassurance on what you should be doing.

The important factor is to choose a therapist with good credentials and registered with their national governing body. As a chartered physiotherapy Nicole works autonomously and has gained respect from other professionals in the surrounding area.

People often feel backs are best treated by chiropractors but we get good results for people with back pain every week so why not give us a try?
