          To ensure we are being fair to our staff we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend without prior notice or cancel within 24 hour you will be charge a £15 cancellation charge to cover the therapists time (unless there is exceptional circumstance).

          With 9 years experience working as a physiotherapist within sport Nicole strives to help you understand your problem so that you can get back to the things you love.
        • Meg BorahMeg Borah Physio
          Meg is an experienced clinician with over 9 years experience. She has a degree in physiotherapy and has completed extensive post graduate experience including a masters. Meg is popular for her ability make people laugh despite challenges through their recovery. Her wealth of knowledge ensures people feel instantly at ease and can get on with their rehab straight away trusting that they are speaking with an expert. Find out more here..
        • Abbie ParsonsAbbie Parsons
          Abble plays rugby for BLRFC. She is popular with clients for her sports massages and friendly, relaxed approach. When not playing rugby Abbie is studying to become a sports therapist.
        • Stuart Sievwright and Kamil Simpson
          Stuart provides targeted treatments to help you reach your goals. Stuart a Physiotherapist and is qualified as a massage therapist. Having worked in the military he has good knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure you get effective treatment to the areas that need it most.


          Kamil is the newest addition to The Physio Crew team. She is popular among patients and has experience treating people with sports injuries in the hydro pool, and helping people get back to work. Her skills range from treating people post operatively following rotator cuff surgery, ACL reconstruction, back operations and many more to the every day tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and repetitive strain type injuries.

          Nicole studied physiotherapy at Plymouth university which suited her love for the sea and outdoors.
        • Help people
          With the strong desire to help people she began gaining experience in multiple areas including community hospitals in Africa, elite sport in the UK and hydrotherapy for those with disabilities.

          She believes that everyone deserves the right to be able to self manage their pain, return to work and complete normal activities independently. There should be no glass ceilings no matter what injury or disability.

          With huge ambitions to open a specialist rehabilitation centre she has set to work creating a network of practices to deliver high quality physiotherapy to elite athletes and be able to adapt the very latest treatments on the market to all patients.

          The Physio Crew has allowed Nicole a platform to spread her ethos of high quality care and show the value of physiotherapy which is some how getting a bad name within the pressures of the NHS.
